From the time my wife and I did Chris & Kristen’s engagement session, we just knew their wedding was going to be a blast. Not to brag, but, boy, were we right! We started out the day at Wisteria Salon & Spa, where Kristen and the girls got their hair and makeup done. Then we joined Chris at Embassy Suites, where he was hanging out by the pool with a few of the guys. The couple had two rooms available, so we were able to capture the bride and groom contemplating the ceremony, and getting dressed to be joined in marriage. The groom and the bride were taken separately by limo to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church; the sanctuary and ceremony were beautiful; both in aesthetic and spiritual value too.
After Chris and Kristen became husband and wife, they were taken back to Embassy Suites, where the reception was to be held. We had a little time to kill, so we were able to get some great images of the wedding party during the cocktail hour. All I can really say is, that the reception was AWESOME! Everyone had a great time, and thanks to the Master of Ceremonies, Rob Clark, the focus of the evening rested solely on the newlyweds. Oh, don’t get the wrong idea, there was indeed a MAJOR PARTY going on, but everyone remembered why we were all there – to celebrate the love that Chris and Kristen have for each other.
