Kristin & Nick were married on September 25, 2010 at 403 North Lake Events, in Lexington, South Carolina. The venue has almost endless possibilities for outdoor portraiture, as well as an elegant historic house setting where the bride and groom can get ready for their wedding. Nick and Kristin chose to see each other before the ceremony in order to get all of the “formal” photography finished ahead of time. This allowed them to join all of their guests much sooner at the reception, and allowed them to spend some time alone together instead of having to wait until the end of the evening. Nick patiently waited on the front porch as Kristin approached from behind; when he turned to see her for the first time on their wedding day, he couldn’t hide the excitement in his eyes. You never can get the same kinds of reactions (and interactions), when the couple is in front of all of their guests! The wedding ceremony was held outside in a beautiful secluded area, surrounded by pristine gardens and rustic buildings. After the ceremony, Kristin and Nick wanted to have a large family portrait created; so we created a single image which featured every family member in attendance. The reception was held inside, where guests shared a meal, danced, and celebrated with the newlyweds. Music was provided by Mike Willis, with Party Time DJ Services.
Well, enough of my rambling on; I know you are here to see more images : )
